Medicare Part B
"Ask-the-Contractor” Teleconferences (ACT)
Mission Statement: This approach to communicating with our enrolled providers will serve to identify problems in a timely way, provide methods of sharing information, and is an excellent tool to listen to our customers.
This quarterly toll-free “Ask the Contractor” Teleconference (ACT) will complement, but not replace, the work of the PCOM Advisory Group(s). You may listen to previous teleconferences and take an online evaluation below.
Who is invited: Any provider or staff of a provider that is enrolled in the Medicare Program. Any employee of the ABCBS consortium that may benefit from the call. Any CMS Regional Staff member.
Cost: Free
Where to call: Toll Free # on call invitation. (Only call during designated times) Send an email to the ACT mailbox with "Add to list" on the subject line to be included on the distribution list for the invitations and
agendas for future calls.
Who will be available on the call to answer your questions?: Staff members from the following areas: Provider Education, Provider Enrollment, Customer Service, Medical Review, Claims, EMC and others to be determined as
necessary from the questions posed to our ACT FAQ mailboxes.
Note: Questions sent to this mailbox must NOT be claim, provider or beneficiary specific questions. Questions that are not general in nature will be referred to our Customer Service Department and answered per their guidelines. You
